On State and Off State S-Parameter Characterization Running the S-Parameter Characterization
-- If you have already chosen a folder and want to see it displayed in a File
Explorer window, click Show in Explorer to display the folder contents.
c To save settings and close the dialog, click the X icon in the title bar.
Configure System Hardware

Click Settings (upper left in the display window).

Select either:
- OFF-State S-Parameter Measurement Control
- ON-State S-Parameter Measurement Control
This opens the Hardware Configuration dialog.

(Optional) Load any previously saved settings from a file:

Select
Load Settings from File
to display a file selection dialog.

Use the file selection dialog to browse to the directory where you have
saved a settings file. The file must be a Keysight Test Settings file (.kts)
with one of the correct filenames and extensions:

IVCV.kts
- for IV-CV tests

ONSTATE.kts
- for on-state S-parameter tests

OFFSTATE.kts
- for off-state S-parameter tests

Select the file you want.

Click
Open
. This loads the contents of the file and overwrites the current
test settings.

You must supply the output directory path when you import the
characterization data into the PEMG software. See
“Power
Electronics Model Generator (PEMG) Software” on page 79 .
