SCPI Command Reference
The “(*)” suffix specifies which of the two periodic sources (1 or 2) for the
specified channel to use. If a suffix is not specified, the suffix 1 is assumed.
This SCPI is applicable for M8041A, M8051A, M8061A, M8062A and
M8045A.
This SCPI is also available on M8195A for DataOut1 to 4.

‘identifier’: 'M*.DataOut1', 'M*.DataOut2', or 'M*.DataOut'
<NRf>: Set periodic jitter amplitude.
Return Range
0 mUI to 1.102 UI; The range is dependent on other system parameters.
Command Syntax to Find Min/Max Values
Range for M8195A is 0 to 10 UI.
Description
This command sets the amplitude of the periodic jitter in seconds or unit
intervals for the specified output. The units are set using the
[:SOURce]:JITTer:HFRequency:UNIT command.
