Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme

5.1

Allgemein

Für Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme beachten Sie hierzu auch Einbau/- und Bedienungsanleitung des jeweils

zugehörigen Technikmodules (Schachtsystem) der Kessel AG.
Um Schäden an der Pumpe während der Aufstellung und im Betrieb zu vermeiden sind folgende Punkte zu beachten:

• Die Aufstellungsarbeiten sind von qualifiziertem Personal unter Einhaltung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen

durchzuführen.

• Vor der Aufstellung ist die Pumpe auf eventuelle Schäden zu untersuchen.

• Bei Niveausteuerungen ist auf die Mindestwasserüberdeckung zu achten.

• Lüfteinschlüsse im Pumpengehäuse und in Rohrleitungen sind unbedingt zu vermeiden (durch geeignete

Entlüftungseinrichtungen oder ein leichtes Schrägstellen der Pumpe).

• Schützen sie die Pumpe vor Frost.

• Der Betriebsraum muss für die jeweilige Pumpe ausgelegt sein. Dazu gehört auch, dass eine Hebevorrichtung

zur Montage/Demontage montiert werden kann, mit der der Aufstellungsplatz der Pumpe gefahrlos erreicht

werden kann.

• Die Hebevorrichtung muss eine maximale Tragkraft aufweisen, die über dem Gewicht der Pumpe mit Anbauteilen

und Kabel liegt.

• Die Stromleitungen der Pumpe müssen so verlegt sein, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb und eine einfache Montage/

Demontage gegen ist.

• Die Stromleitungen muss im Betriebsraum sachgerecht befestigt werden um ein loses herunterhängen der

Kabel zu verhindern. Je nach Kabellänge und -gewicht muss alle 2-3m eine Kabelhalterung angebracht werden.

• Ein Trockenlauf ist strengstens untersagt. Wir empfehlen dafür die Standardeinstellungen der Kessel

Niveausteuerung und zugehöriger Schaltgeräte.
