1. Avvertenze sulla sicurezza
Il personale addetto al montaggio, uso, ma-
nutenzione e riparazione deve disporre della
qualifica necessaria per questi lavori. L’uten-
te deve stabilire esattamente l’ambito di re-
sponsabilità, le competenze e la sorveglian-
za del personale.
La sicurezza di funzionamento dell’impianto
fornito è garantita solo in caso di uso confor-
me alla destinazione. I valori limite dei dati
tecnici non devono mai essere superati.
L’impianto contiene tensioni elettriche e co-
manda parti meccaniche. L’inosservanza
delle istruzioni per il montaggio e l’uso può
causare notevoli danni materiali, gravi lesioni
personali o addirittura incidenti mortali.
Per l’installazione, l’uso, la manutenzione o
la riparazione dell’impianto rispettare le
norme antinfortunistiche, le norme e direttive
DIN e VDE pertinenti nonché le disposizioni
delle imprese fornitrici di energia locali!
L’impianto è un componente di un impianto
globale, quindi rispettare anche le istruzioni
per l’uso dell’impianto globale e dei singoli
componenti. Durante il montaggio, la manu-
tenzione, l’ispezione e la riparazione di uno
dei componenti, mettere sempre fuori servi-
zio l’intero impianto e assicurarlo contro rein-
serimenti.
L’impianto non deve essere fatto funzionare
in zone a rischio di esplosioni.
La centralina è sotto tensione e non deve es-
sere aperta. I lavori su apparecchiature
elettriche devono essere eseguiti solo da
elettricisti qualificati. Il termine elettricista
qualificato è definito nelle VDE 0105.
Assicurarsi che i cavi elettrici e tutte le altre
parti elettriche dell’impianto siano in perfetto
stato. In caso di danni, l’impianto non deve
mai essere messo in funzione e deve essere
spento immediatamente.
Trasformazioni e modifiche dell’impianto de-
vono essere eseguite solo previo accordo
con il produttore. I pezzi di ricambio originali
e gli accessori approvati dal produttore. I
pezzi di ricambio originali e gli accessori ap-
provati dal produttore servono alla sicurezza.
L’uso di altri pezzi può esonerare il produtto-
re dalla responsabilità per le conseguenze
da ciò risultanti.
L’impianto deve essere alimentato attraver-
so un dispositivo di sicurezza per correnti di
guasto (RCD) con una corrente di guasto no-
minale di massimo 30 mA.
