1. Consignes de sécurité
Le personnel en charge du montage, de la
commande, de l'entretien et des réparations
doit présenter la qualification correspon-
dante pour ces travaux. La zone de respon-
sabilité, l'autorité compétente et le contrôle
du personnel doivent être réglés avec pré-
cision par le responsable.
La sécurité de fonctionnement de l'installa-
tion livrée est garantie uniquement pour
l'utilisation prévue.
Les valeurs limites des caractéristiques
techniques ne doivent être en aucun cas
dépassées.
Cette installation contient des tensions élec-
triques et commande des composants mé-
caniques.
En cas de non-respect du mode de monta-
ge et du mode d'emploi, des dommages
matériels considérables, des dommages
corporels voire même des accidents mor-
tels peuvent se produire.
Lors du montage, de la commande, de l'en-
tretien et des réparations de l'installation,
les consignes de sécurité, les normes DIN
et directives VDE envisageables ainsi que
les dispositions des entreprises locales de
fourniture d'énergie doivent être respec-
tées.
L'installation représente un composant
d'une installation globale. C'est pourquoi il
faut également respecter les instructions de
service de l'installation globale et de ses
composants. Pour chaque montage, entre-
tien, inspection et réparation de l'un des
composants, l'installation globale doit tou-
jours être mise hors tension et assurée
contre une remise en marche.
L'installation ne peut pas fonctionner dans
des zones présentant un risque d'explosion.
L’appareil de coupure reste sous tension et
ne doit pas être ouvert. Seuls les électri-
ciens qualifiés sont autorisés à effectuer
des travaux sur les installations électriques.
La définition d'électricien qualifié est indi-
quée dans la directive VDE 0105.
Il faut s'assurer que les câbles électriques
ainsi que tous les autres composants élec-
triques ne présentent aucune défaillance.
En cas d'endommagement, l'installation ne
doit, en aucun cas, être mise en service ou
doit être immédiatement arrêtée.
Toute transformation ou modification de
l'installation ne doit être effectuée qu'avec
l'accord du constructeur. Les pièces de re-
change d'origine et les accessoires autori-
sés par le constructeur contribuent à la sé-
curité. L'utilisation de toute autre pièce peut
annuler la responsabilité sur les consé-
quences qui en découlent.
L'installation doit être alimentée par un dis-
positif différentiel à courant résiduel (DDR)
avec courant assigné de défaut d’une sen-
sibilité au plus égale à 30 mA.
