OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

This button will put the transmission into manual mode. Manual mode will

allow the operator to select the gear. See Up or Down Shifting on page 122.

To activate Manual mode, put the gear selector in the

(Drive) mode

and then depress the

M/A

button. The instrument cluster will display the

corresponding selection.

Up or Down Shifting

When in the Manual mode, the transmission gears can be manually

selected by pushing or pulling on the lever.

• Pushing the lever forward, away from the steering wheel will

downshift the transmission.

• Pushing and holding the lever forward will engage the LOW mode.
• Pulling the lever towards the steering wheel or driver will upshift

the transmission.

The instrument cluster will illuminate with the corresponding gear.
