Planmäßige Wartung und Einstellung

Kontrolle der vorderen und hinte-

ren Bremsbeläge

Prüfen Sie den Verschleiß der vorderen und

hinteren Bremsbeläge in den in der Tabelle

für planmäßige Wartung und Schmierung

angegebenen Intervallen.

Vordere Bremsbeläge

A. Bremsbelagverschleißanzeige

Jeder vordere Bremsbelag ist mit Ver-

schleißanzeigern ausgestattet, die es er-

möglichen, den Verschleiß der Bremsbe-

läge zu überprüfen, ohne die Bremse

ausbauen zu müssen. Um den Verschleiß

der Bremsbeläge zu überprüfen, kontrollie-

ren Sie die Position der Verschleißanzeiger,

während Sie die Bremse betätigen. Wenn

ein Bremsbelag so weit abgenutzt ist, dass

ein Verschleißanzeiger fast die Bremsschei-

be berührt, lassen Sie die Bremsbeläge von

einem Keeway-Händler austauschen.

Hintere Bremsbeläge

A. Bremsbelagverschleißanzeige

Jeder hintere Bremsbelag ist mit Ver-

schleißanzeigerillen versehen, die es Ihnen

ermöglichen, die Abnutzung der Bremsbe-

läge zu überprüfen, ohne die Bremse aus-

bauen zu müssen. Um den Verschleiß der

Bremsbeläge zu überprüfen, kontrollieren

Sie die Rillen der Verschleißanzeige. Wenn

ein Bremsbelag so weit abgenutzt ist, dass

die Rille der Verschleißanzeige fast sichtbar

wird, lassen Sie die Bremsbeläge von einem

Keeway-Händler austauschen.

Prüfen des Bremsflüssigkeitsstands

Prüfen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme des

Fahrzeugs, ob der Bremsflüssigkeitsstand

über der Mindestfüllstandsmarke liegt.

Bevor Sie den Bremsflüssigkeitsstand prü-

fen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass der obere

Teil des Behälters waagerecht steht.

Füllen Sie bei Bedarf Bremsflüssigkeit nach.
