Planmäßige Wartung und Einstellung

So wechseln Sie das Motoröl (mit oder

ohne Austausch der Ölfilterpatrone)

1. Das Fahrzeug auf einer ebenen Fläche ab-

stellen und in aufrechter Stellung halten.

2. Starten Sie den Motor, lassen Sie ihn ei-

nige Minuten warmlaufen und stellen

Sie ihn dann ab.

3. Stellen Sie einen Behälter für das Öl un-

ter den Motor.

4. Entfernen Sie den Motoröleinfüllde-

ckel, die Ölablassschraube und ihre

Dichtung, um das Öl aus dem Kurbel-

gehäuse abzulassen.

HINWEIS

Überspringen Sie die Schritte 5-13, wenn

Sie den Ölfilter nicht wechseln möchten.

5. Markieren Sie mit einem Filzstift die

gerippte Welle am Steuerblock der

Schaltpedalstange (A).

6. Entfernen Sie den Steuerblock.

7. Entfernen Sie den Ölfilterstopfen.

ACHTUNG

Wenn der Ölfilterdeckel abgenom-

men wird, fallen der O-Ring, die

Druckfeder und der Motorölfilter he-

raus. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die-

se Teile nicht verlieren.

8. Entfernen Sie den Ölfilter.

A. Filter

B. Druckfeder

C. O-Ring

D. Ölfilterstopfen

9. Reinigen Sie den Ölfilter mit Lösungs-

mittel, prüfen Sie ihn auf Beschädigun-

gen und tauschen Sie ihn gegebenen-

falls aus.
