Planmäßige Wartung und Einstellung

Reifen altern, auch wenn sie nicht oder nur

gelegentlich verwendet wurden. Risse im

Laufflächen- und Seitenwandgummi, die

manchmal mit einer Verformung einherge-

hen, sind ein deutliches Zeichen der Alte-

rung. Alte und gealterte Reifen sollten von

Reifenspezialisten auf ihre Eignung für den

weiteren Gebrauch überprüft werden.

WARNUNG

• Die Vorder- und Hinterreifen müs-

sen von der gleichen Marke und

dem gleichen Modell sein, da

sonst die Fahreigenschaften des

Fahrzeugs unterschiedlich sein

können, was zu Unfällen führen

kann.

• Prüfen Sie stets, ob die Ventil-

kappen fest sitzen.

WARNUNG

• Verwenden Sie zum Austausch

nur die angegebenen Reifen. Bei

anderen Reifen besteht die Ge-

fahr, dass sie bei sehr hohen Ge-

schwindigkeiten platzen.

• Wenn die Reifen neu sind, können

sie auf bestimmten Straßenbelä-

gen eine relativ schlechte Haftung

aufweisen, bis sie „einfahren“

sind. Daher empfehlen wir Ihnen,

nach der Montage eines neuen

Reifens für ca. 100 km (60 Meilen)

eine moderate Geschwindigkeit

beizubehalten, bevor Sie mit ho-

her Geschwindigkeit fahren.

denen das Fahrzeug eingesetzt
