Planmäßige Wartung und Einstellung

• EXTERNER KONTAKT: Mit reichlich

Wasser abspülen.

• INTERNER KONTAKT: Trinken Sie

große Mengen Wasser oder Milch

und suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt

auf.

• AUGEN: 15 Minuten lang mit Was-

ser spülen und sofort einen Arzt

aufsuchen.

Batterien erzeugen explosives Was-

serstoffgas. Halten Sie daher Funken,

Flammen, Zigaretten usw. von der

Batterie fern und sorgen Sie für aus-

reichende Belüftung, wenn Sie die

Batterie in Innenräumen aufladen.

BEWAHREN SIE DIESE UND ALLE BAT-

TERIEN AUSSERHALB DER REICHWEI-

TE VON KINDERN AUF.

So laden Sie die Batterie auf

Lassen Sie die Batterie so bald wie mög-

lich von einem Keeway-Händler aufladen,

wenn sie entladen zu sein scheint. Beach-

ten Sie, dass sich die Batterie schneller ent-

lädt, wenn das Fahrzeug mit optionalem

elektrischem Zubehör ausgestattet ist.

ACHTUNG

Zum Laden einer wiederaufladbaren

Batterie mit einem VRLA-Sicherheits-

ventil (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) ist

ein spezielles Ladegerät (mit kons-

tanter Spannung) erforderlich. Bei

Verwendung eines herkömmlichen

Ladegeräts wird die Batterie beschä-

digt.

Aufbewahrung der Batterie

1. Wenn Sie beabsichtigen, das Fahrzeug

länger als einen Monat nicht zu ver-

wenden, bauen Sie die Batterie aus

dem Fahrzeug aus, laden Sie sie voll-

ständig auf und lagern Sie sie dann an

einem kühlen, trockenen Ort.

ACHTUNG

Wenn Sie die Batterie ausbauen, stel-

len Sie sicher, dass der Schlüssel auf „

“ gedreht ist, und klemmen Sie das

Minuskabel ab, bevor Sie das Pluska-

bel abklemmen.

2. Wenn die Batterie länger als zwei Mo-

nate nicht verwendet wurde, über-

prüfen Sie sie mindestens einmal im

Monat und laden Sie sie bei Bedarf

vollständig auf.

3. Laden Sie die Batterie vor dem Einbau

vollständig auf.

ACHTUNG

Stellen Sie beim Einbau der Batterie

sicher, dass der Schlüssel auf „ “ ge-

dreht ist, und schließen Sie das Plus-

kabel an, bevor Sie das Minuskabel

anschließen.

4. Prüfen Sie nach dem Einbau, ob die

Batteriekabel richtig an den Batte-

riepolen angeschlossen sind.

ACHTUNG

Halten Sie die Batterie stets geladen.
