Conditions & Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty

does not

cover: the modification of the vehicle without the previous notice of the manufacturer; negligence, accidents, belated

claim for defect (within 10 days), misuse, participation in racing of any type, renting services, vehicle repairing with non-genuine spare parts (that

is with spare parts not supplied by the manufacturer).

The warranty

does not

cover: failure to carry out the maintenance interventions specified by the manufacturer and described in the Owner’s

manual supplied with the vehicle only at Keeway authorized dealers.

The warranty

does not

cover: defects arising from adjustment, repairing, or modifications performed by a dealer NOT AUTHORIZED by Keeway.

The warranty

does not

cover: the removal and replacement costs of parts and accessories, unless they are supplied as original equipment, that

is Keeway original product.

The warranty

does not

cover: the vehicle transport cost to/from the Keeway dealer, or the costs arising during the period in which the vehicle is

taken from service for warranty repairs.

The warranty

does not

cover: the defects caused by normal wear and tear, especially the replacement or topping up of oil and fluids of the

following parts: filters of any kind, injectors, spark plugs, secondary transmission, clutches, pads/shoes and brake discs, shock absorbers, fuses,

lamps.

The warranty

does not

cover: the front fork seals are not covered by this warranty as they are subject to normal wear, in particular the damage

caused by stones on the fork tubes.

The warranty

does not

cover: seats, rack, chrome-plated parts, polished aluminium parts and saddle deterioration arising from normal wear,

faults normally caused by oxidation or atmospheric agents.

The warranty

does not

cover: the exhaust pipes after 12 months from the beginning of the general Warranty of the vehicle. During these 12

months, the Warranty does not cover the internal corrosion or deformation of internal diaphragms.
