Why can my Sonos device no longer be operated via KNX after a period of time? 

If you are using DHCP for your Sonos devices, you must configure your router in such a way that the same 
IP address is always assigned to a Sonos device (fixed IP address). 
You have entered the IP addresses for the Sonos devices in the configuration for the master -slave groups. The 
IP address is used to identify the Sonos devices. If a Sonos device now receives a different IP address, it can 
no longer be addressed via the KNX Sonos-Gateway. 
Pair the assigned IP address with the MAC address of the Sonos device concerned. 

Please refer to your router's manual for information on how to configure this.

Yes . Us ing the KNX Sonos -Gateway does  not limit operation of your Sonos  devices . Changes  s uch as those 
you make us ing your s martphone are forwarded to the KNX accordingly wherever pos s ible.

Dynamic group creation with the Sonos s oftware can only be reproduced to the extent that it can be 

mapped in the parametris ation of mas ter-s lave  groups . 

Why do my KNX operating devices not generate the normal response in my Sonos devices? 

If the Sonos  devices  can be operated without any problems us ing the official Sonos  application, pleas e check 
your KNX Sonos -Gateway's  LED dis play on the device to rule out a fault.
