Fig. 27: Circuit board inside the housing cover
1 Sensor cable
5 Remote terminal (RMT) ON/OFF (optional)
2 External PLC (optional)
6 4/20 mA temperature (T) output (optional)
3 Digital output (optional)
7 4/20 mA sensor (IR) output (optional)
4 4/20 mA input (optional)
8 Sensor cable terminal
The sensor cable can also be connected to the terminal (8) (normally it is connected to
the main circuit board).
In addition, the Remote ON/OFF contact can be connected to the RMT terminal (5). The
terminal supplies the contact with 5 VDC and switches the lamp off.
This function can be disabled/enabled in the Settings menu by selecting N/O or N/C. The
default setting is N/O. This setting ensures that the system functions if the Remote
ON/OFF contact is not in use.
Optionally, the water temperature (6) and UVC radiation strength (7) can be retrieved at
the 4/20 mA terminals.
The temperature signal has the equivalent of 4 mA = 0 °C / 20 mA = 100 °C.
The lamp wattage has the equivalent of 4 mA = 0 % / 20 mA = 100 % (adjustable in
Settings MENU, default setting is 100 %).
Attention
The 4/20 mA output signal is compatible with a max. load of 150 Ohm.
