STX function SAEJ1939SetSPNConversion()
Calling up the function SAEJ1939SetSPNConversion () determines the
configuration of bytes in the message, which is requested using function
SAEJ1939GetDM1 () or SAEJ1939GetDM2 () . In other words, this function
lets you specify the conversion method.
