Driving

To release the brakes and bring the chair into the driving position, step down on the green side of one of the two

pedals (1) completely. In the driving position, the green side of both pedals points downwards. All casters are

released simultaneously. The right front caster (marked yellow) (3) can now be engaged in the direction of travel.

TIP

The right front caster can engage in two positions offset by 180°. A caster that is locked in for the

forward position starts to wobble when pushed, which makes you feel unpleasant and unsafe to drive.

To lock the right front caster correctly in the driving position, always push the chair forward a short

distance first. Ensure that the directional caster is locked in the retracted position.
