COM_k_ECT_EVT_REM_OPEN
SDO remote device connection to slave described by parameter (16 bit
address) is available. Object given at optional parameter (index = op-
tional parameter >>16, subindex = optional parameter >> 8) is read by
mailbox.
COM_k_ECT_EVT_REM_CLOSE
SDO remote device connection to slave described by parameter (16 bit
address) is released.

Protocol specific commands are used to execute EtherCAT specific function-
ality with limited data content. Each command
