Network management using the browser
The Network Management menu allows you using the browser to manage the keypad’s
network settings.
This menu is only available to the administrator.
To set up the IP settings:
1. In the keypad browser, go to Network Management > IP Address Settings . The
window appears.
2. If required, select DHCP .
DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is a protocol for assigning an IP
address dynamically to a device each time it connects to a network.
Select this check box if you have a DHCP server running and want your recorder to
automatically obtain an IP address and other network settings from that server. The
DHCP server is typically available in your router.
Default value is Disable.
3. Enter the IP address, gateway, and subnet mask as well as the HTTPS port value.
4. Click Save to save the settings.
Note : The keypad will automatically reboot when network settings are changed and
saved.
