2. To change the camera or encoder parameters, select a device and click Edit .
Change the desired parameters: Input Channel ID, Camera Name, Stream Type,
and Protocol Type.
3. Click Export to export the channel list in an Excel file to the local directory. Enter the
admin password and the keypad password for access authentication and click OK .
4. Enter the file name.
5. Click Browse to locate where you want the file saved. Click OK . The export file
appears. This file overwrites the existing device list file in the directory. See Figure 6
below to see of an example of an exported Excel list of devices.

Before the export file is displayed, a message appears to tell you to keep the file
secure as it contains user security information.
To import an input channel list:
1. Before importing the Excel file of a channel list, make any changes required to the
camera data, such as changing the channel ID and name.
2. Go to Device Management > Input Channel > Input List .
3. Click Import to import the channel list to the keypad and locate the file in the local
directory. Enter the admin password and the keypad password for access
authentication and click
OK .
This file immediately overwrites the existing channel list in the keypad.
