Logic Ground Isolation Capacitors

Logic ground can be isolated or connected to earth ground. Install capacitors C280-C289 on the
front of the midplane to capacitively couple logic and earth grounds, or use shunts to couple logic
and earth grounds. Remove C280-C289 to isolate logic ground from earth ground.
