1. Replace the management card, as described in “Removing the
management card” on page 58 and “Installing the management card”

2. After replacing the card and installing the compute node in the chassis
unit and before rebooting the compute node or performing other
operations, ensure that the initialization of the VPD on the
management card occurs by waiting for the management module to
discover the compute node. Otherwise, the system might fail to
perform an initial program load (IPL).
3. If the problem persists, replace the system-board and chassis assembly,
as described in “Replacing the system-board and chassis assembly” on
page 83.
FSPSP03 A system operator or
user error has
occurred. Refer to the documentation for the function you were attempting to
perform.
FSPSP04 A problem has been
detected in the
service processor
firmware.
1. Perform a firmware update. See “Updating the firmware” on page 16.
