8. Slide the board out of the slot by pressing the extractors toward the system unit frame.

Replacement

1. Align the CPU card with the correct slot position and press the edges of the board to lock

the connector to the system planar.

2. Replace the CPU/Memory card retainers using the procedure on page 4-22.

3. Connect the SCSI cable to the SCSI controller.

4. Put the system unit back to a vertical position.

5. Replace the side cover following the procedure on page 4-6.

6. Replace the front cover following the procedure on page 4-3.
