Electrical system

The pump uses 3-phase alternating current (AC) electricity. Some parts such as valve solenoids and sensors use 24-volt
direct current (DC) electricity from a power supply in the electrical enclosure.

End-of-travel sensing

When hydraulic fluid forces the piston to the end of the hydraulic center section, the piston pushes against a
spring-loaded indicator pin. A signal from the proximity sensor above the indicator pin causes the shift valve in the primary
hydraulic manifold to change the direction of the intensifier.
