3 – System-Level Components

The system-level components cover the removal of the top cover and panels to access the internal components.
System-level components also include the front panel controls, indicators, and connections.



Remove and install the system’s cover



Replace the battery



Replace the Dynagen system controller



Replace the alternator lamp



Replace the 12 V circuit breaker on the front panel



Replace the ON/OFF power switch



Replace emergency stop contact block



Replace emergency stop button



Replace front panel circuit breaker



Replace the 480 V auxiliary outlet



Replace the service panel compression latch



Replace the 120 V auxiliary outlet



Replace 120 V auxiliary outlet circuit breaker



Replace the front panel
