5 – Generator and Engine Components

Replace the transformer

The 120 VAC transformer is located underneath the on-board plasma supply. Access to the transformer requires
removing the plasma supply and bracket, the front panel, and front base plate.



This procedure requires 2 people to complete.

Remove the transformer

1.

Turn OFF the system. Make sure the power switch on the front panel is in the OFF (

O

) position.

2.

Remove the top cover and both side panels from the system. See

Remove the cover

3.

Detach the front panel from the system. See

Unfasten the front panel

4.

Remove the plasma supply. See

D etach the plasma supply

5.

Remove the 6 screws and washers that secure the plasma supply bracket. Set aside the bracket and hardware.
