Contact Hydronix for correct 

OPTO module rating. 

Wiring fault 

When the OPTO 

switches on the 

OPTO LED should 

light up.  Check 

wiring whilst the 

OPTO is on. 

See User Guide for 

more details. 

Force relay to switch on and 

check wiring.  Go to Menu > 

I/O Setup and Status.  Select 

output and switch on. 

Blown fuse 

Remove rear cover 

and check 

continuity of the 

fuse on the specific 

OPTO module 

using a meter. 

Continuity check
