Hot Carbonating Truckmount System

CTS 330

Machine Maintenance

Engine



Quick Reference List.



Check air filter.



Drain oil.



Change oil filter.



Fill oil.



Remove and replace spark plugs.



Set spark plug gap.



Change fuel filter



Visually check compressor belt.



Tighten belt.



Loosen belt.



Check exhaust system (donut gaskets).

Engine Air Filter

1. Unlock the two clamps and remove

cover (

Figure 4-1

2. Remove air filter cartridge.

3. Carefully clean out cartridge and foam

element.

4. Reinstall air filter cartridge.

5. Install cover and lock clamps.

Note:

Do not use pressurized air or solvents to clean cartridge and foam ring.
