2.2 Positioning
With the rapid development of data centers, power consumption of core
equipment in a traditional equipment room has risen from 3–5 kW per cabinet to
10 kW per cabinet. This brings challenges of heat dissipation, energy conservation,
and environment protection to the existing cooling system.
Huawei's brand-new in-row smart cooling product solves the heat dissipation
problem caused by high-density deployment in data centers, reduces the cooling
power consumption and power usage effectiveness (PUE) value of data centers,
and is compatible with existing standard cabinets. Cabinet combination is
supported.
The in-row smart cooling product provides a high-heat-flux cooling solution that
applies to high-density data centers or hot areas in common data centers. High-
heat-flux cooling solutions are classified into water-based or non-water-based
solutions depending on the cooling medium. The in-row cooling product is a
water-based solution.
2.3 Features
The NetCol5000-C features efficient refrigerating, optimal reliability, high
compatibility, intelligent monitoring, quick installation and commissioning, and
easy maintenance.

The highly efficient EC fan saves more than 30% of energy than a common
fan.

Chilled water valves are used to control incremental PID parameters with
precise adjustment and accurate control.
