match ip precedence [

Use the
match ip precedence
command to configure the route map to route traffic based on the
precedence value in the IP header of the packet. Use the
no
form of this command to discontinue matching.
Syntax Description
<value>
Specifies matching the IP precedence (in numeric value). (Valid range:
0 to 7 in ascending order of importance.)

Specifies matching the IP precedence

Functional Notes
RFC791 created a single octet (labeled Type of Service) to help with the difficulty of trying to provide QoS
handling in IP networks.
According to RFC791, the Type of Service field contains the following bits:
