Make colleagues aware of any malpractice.
•
Report any defects detected to the responsible person or body.
•
Observe the correct polarity of the batteries.
•
When working on battery cells, ensure that cell connectors and connecting cables are
well anchored. Only use original Hoppecke connectors and pole screws when working
on the battery cells.
•
Observe the instructions in the charger manufacturer's operating manual. (See
Appendix, Operating Manual IEB - Filon Future)
WARNING!
Removed pole screws must always be replaced with new ones!
3.5.1. Staff and Qualifications
Only electricians qualified in accordance with DIN VDE 1000-10 are permitted to carry out
work on the battery storage system, especially its installation, maintenance and
disassembly. The staff must
•
be familiar with handling batteries,
•
be aware of the necessary safety precautions,
•
and be trained in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 (German Statutory Accident
Insurance Association, formerly BGV A3).
Please read this documentation carefully before carrying out work on the trak | systemizer
dynamics system or its components It contains important information regarding the safe
and correct procedure for unpacking, storage and installation and on commissioning,
operating and maintenance of the battery storage system.
In the case of queries relating to this documentation, or if local regulations or provisions
exist that are not covered by this documentation or contradict the information found herein,
please ensure that you contact your local contractual partner.
3.5.2. Personal Protective Equipment and Aids
When working on trak | systemizer dynamics and its components, always wear the
following protective equipment in order to prevent injuries, or at the least to reduce injury
after-effects.
Protective Equipment:

Safety Goggles
•
Rubber Gloves
•
Safety Footwear
Furthermore, when working on trak | systemizer dynamics , only voltage insulated tools
should be used. The provision of an eye wash station is recommended as a safety
installation.
