7.2.2. Before Charging
The battery cells built into the trak | systemizer dynamics storage system have extremely low
gas emissions but do nevertheless still emit small amounts of gas.
1. During the charging process, it must be ensured that charging gases are properly
extracted according to DIN EN 62485-3 paragraph 6.2. Battery compartment covers
must be opened or removed, if available.
2. If a charger enclosure is present, its door must be opened (onboard version only).

ATTENTION!
The charger housing panel must remain open during the entire charging process in order to
ensure that the onboard charger cools down sufficiently. Danger of overheating!
ATTENTION!
The storage system should always be charged in a weatherproof area, since the action of
opening the charger housing means that the onboard charger will only fulfil the IP 21 protection
class. Dangerous voltage!
3. Sighting before commissioning
Check charger before each charge whether:
a) the mains connection is undamaged,
b) the charger is undamaged and not excessively dirty,
c) the insulation of the charging cables and mains connection cables is undamaged,
d) the charging plug is undamaged,
e) all external screw connections are tightened.
