9.1.2 Warnings
Warnings do not lead to shut-down of the charging operation and make the user aware that
an error is present that affects the charging operation unfavorably.
The following warnings may occur, among others:
9.2 Battery
9.2.1 Cell replacement
Remove the battery system from the vehicle according to the description in Section 8.2.
CAUTION!
The weight of the cell are between 14 and 64kg, depending on the model. Make sure that the
cells are handled safely and securely
1. Identify defective cells (see maintenance), and when specifying the cell number, count
starting from the plus pole
2. Loosen all pole screws of the defective cell
3. Pull the cell carefully out of the carrier and mark the direction of the poles
4. Let the packing material of plastic plates remain in the installation space
5. Insert the new cell in the same direction of poles as before
6. Use new pole screws (M8x22 inter-cell, M8x26 end discharge)
