Please ensure that every
trak | systemizer dynamics
system is equipped with vehicle-specific
mounting blocks. Please refer to the respective vehicle operating manuals for more detailed
information regarding this.
ATTENTION!
Before the
trak | systemizer dynamics
system is removed from the vehicle, all associated cable
and plug connections to the vehicle electronics must be removed and secured.
Due to the individual and vehicle-specific design of the carrier, it is possible that you will
have to remove one or more carrier covers in order to be able to access the battery system.
The following installation instructions describe an example of working with systems with one
or two carrier covers:
1. The carrier covers are secured with screws and associated washers. Tools according to
assembling instruction and a torque wrench are required to carry out any work on the
carrier covers.
2. Carefully loosen all of the carrier cover screws.
3. Now all screws and washers can be removed except for two. Store the installation
material in a safe place.
ATTENTION!
Before removing the last two screws, the cover must be fixed by 2 persons if possible, in order to
avoid injury.
4. Now carefully remove the cover and place it on a suitable clean base in order to avoid
damage to the coating.
Damage to the coating must be repaired with suitable material in order to ensure an insulation
resistance level in line with DIN EN 62485-3:2014, and to avoid carrier corrosion.
5. If there are several carrier covers, repeat steps 1-4 until all covers have been removed.
6. Now carry out the annual maintenance work in accordance with points 8 and 8.3 on the
trak | systemizer dynamics
storage system.
DANGER OF EXPLOSION!
Never clean batteries with a feather duster or dry cloths made from synthetic fibres. Danger of
electrostatic charges and gas explosion! Only clean the battery surfaces with cotton cloths or
paper towels moistened with water.
ATTENTION!
Pole screws on battery cells that have been loosened for maintenance and service purposes
must always be replaced by new ones.
(Securing screws!)
7. For reinstallation please follow the assembly instruction. Use a torque wrench to tighten
the carrier cover screws.
Tightening torque
10 Nm ± 1 Nm
