Commissioning after cell replacement
6.1.
General
Only connect battery cells with the same charge state (same open-circuit voltage and
tolerance according to the following table). Never directly connect electrical consumers to
part of the battery, as this can result in the cells discharging at different levels and
potentially lead to damage to the storage system.

6.2.
Version with onboard charger
The
trak | systemizer dynamics
storage system must be checked to ensure that it is in
perfect mechanical condition. It
is delivered fully assembled and
therefore
ready for
operation and can be directly integrated into the vehicle.
6.3.
Version with standing charger
Specially coded plugs for maintenance-free batteries must be used in order to avoid
charging at the wrong charger. The battery terminal conductor must be connected with
secure contact and correct polarity, otherwise batteries, vehicle or charger could be
destroyed.
7.
Operation
The regulations in accordance with the standard DIN EN 62485-3:2014 - Safety
Requirements for Batteries and Battery Installations / Part 3: Traction batteries for electric
vehicles apply to the operation of vehicle batteries.
Do not seal or cover the battery cell valves. Electrical connectors (e.g. plugs) must only be
opened or closed when disconnected from power.
The battery can only be lifted using a suitable lifting device, which is adapted to the
suspension system and battery size. The vertical pulling action of the lifting device in the
lifting lugs on the battery tray must always be ensured.
