14.1 Changing the Battery

NOTE

･

When not in use for a long time, to prevent possible
corrosion caused by battery leakage, remove the batteries
before storage.

･

If the 8804 shuts down because the batteries are
exhausted, it still continues to consume a very small
amount of power. After the shutdown, be sure to turn the
power switch off.

Method

1. Turn the power OFF.
2. Take off the cover of the

battery compartment.

3. Remove the old batteries and

replace them with six new
LR6 alkaline batteries with
the correct polarity.

4. Replace the battery cover.
