10. Maintenance
Generally the motor requires no maintenance. However, it should be noted, that other parts installed within the whole system may be subject to wear
and tear. Therefore, the whole system should be regularly checked for signs of wear and tear or other such issues.
13. Troubleshooting
Please start a test run of the roller shutter / blind in both directions, ensuring that the motor stops at the previously set limits.
12. Test run
The motor does not move
Cause: The battery is low or empty.
Solution: Fully charge the battery with the compatible charger.
Cause: The emitter does not work.
Solution: If necessary, replace the battery of the emitter.
Solution: The emitter is not connected to the motor. Please proceed according to "Connecting the motor to the emitter".
The drive is running too slowly, despite charging the battery
Cause: Incorrect installation
Solution: Check the installation of the hanging and if necessary of the shutter guide rails.
Cause: Overload
Solution: Compare the weight of the hanging with the values of the max. load in the technical data.
The motor does not stop while adjusting or test run.
Cause: The adapter has probably slipped from its orginal position.
Solution: Please check if the adapter is placed on the right position.
Cause: The idler slipped from its position.
Solution: Screw idler on the winding shaft.
