Water and Air filter
NOTE.
The water and air filter should be cleaned at least once in every 6 month.
Clean as necessary, if the water pressure gage shows below 0.17MPa or the air
pressure gage shows 0.39MPa or the volume of air/water supplied to handpiece
is too little.
For air filter replacement, contact your local distributor.
1)
Turn OFF the water and air shut-off valve.
2)
Deflate air and water from the dental chair unit completely by using 3-WAY syringe.
3)
Turn OFF the main switch.
4)
Take off the junction box cover.
5)
Take out the
‘water
filter
cap’
completely and take out the filter.
Pressure gage

Wash the filter with running water and remove dirt by brushing.
Dirt can be easily removed by letting high-pressure water flow from inside the filter.
7)
Assemble the filter in the reverse order.
When assembling, tighten the filter cap to prevent water leakage.
8)
Before putting back the junction box cover, open the water shut-off valve and check
whether water pressure indicates 0.18~0.2MPa. check water leakage around the filter
cap.
NOTE.
If the pressure range is not acceptable, calibrate the pressure by adjusting the
knob.
If the pressure does not go up above 0.18MPa, check the main water valve in
the water supply line. If the pressure remains low, please contact your local
distributor.
