CAUTION

If the knob is not tightened firmly, the headrest may move during an operation
and cause an accident.
▶
When turning the knob, pay attention to prevent fingers or hair from being
caught in the knob.
8.3.3
Safety switch in backrest
NOTE
A safety switch is installed on the chair as a preventive measure against an
accident which may occur while the chair and backrest are moving.
CAUTION
Cautious on the safety switch
▶
Do not let objects, pets or patients touch the safety switch.
▶
Do not operate or modify the safety switch in indiscreetly.
▶
When the safety switch does not work properly, call for a technical service.
▶
When the chair moves down, the chair stops moving if the backrest comes into
contact with the
operator’s
knee or other objects and the backrest is lifted up.
▶
For a safety, the chair or the backrest moves in the opposite direction automatically.
