When distilled water will not be used over night or for a few days, turn

the air valve.

If the valve remains

‘ON’

over night or a few days, the air pressure in the

bottle becomes excessive and may damage the parts.

NOTE

A water bottle is connected to pressure the auto-air purge device (activated if
air pressure is higher than 0.2MPa) which is a safety device to prevent over-
pressure. If air leakage occurs and the water pressure drops down quickly during
the operation, open the junction box and check whether the regulator pressure
shows 0.15MPa. If the pressure is lower or higher than this, calibrate the value
by adjusting the pressure regulation knob.
