Tubes and hoses of HVE and saliva ejector
CAUTION
Tubes and hoses of HVE and saliva ejector should be cleaned after treating each
patient.

Otherwise, odor may occur and particles in hoses may coagulate which may
weaken the suction power.
1)
Turn on the main switch.
2)
Aspirate 1~2 cups of water through HVE and saliva ejector respectively.
3)
Put back instruments to the holder.
Wash tubes and lines in accordance with the following procedure by using a chemical
cleaning agent, Orotol plus, recommended by Shinghung.
1)
Aspirate 2 liter of water before disinfection.
2)
Mix 2 liters of a 2% strength solution of Orotol_plus.
Fill the OroCup up to the 2 liter mark with cold water,
add 40mL Orotol_plus and mix thoroughly.
3)
Attach suction hoses to the care system and suck up
one liter of the solution per unit.
4)
Allow to react for at least 1 hour or overnight.
5)
Disinfect the spittoon with the remainder of the solution.
6)
After the reaction time/next morning, suck up 2 liter
of water.
