Appendix C: End of Line dummy load
The End of Line dummy load adds a load of about about 8 W at 1 kHz and about 23 W at 22 kHz
to a 50/100 V loudspeaker line. To avoid loudspeaker line errors due to temperature deviation
(which affect the resistance of copper) the EOL dummy load compensates temperature
deviation to a certain extend. When for example the loudspeaker line load increases, the EOL
load decreases its value. Below graph shows the EOL value at 0, 25 and 50 degrees Celcius:
