Ingredients:
Left Over Roti (Break Into Small Pieces) 1 cup 1½ cup
Onions Finely Chopped 1 1

Mustard Seeds ½ tsp ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves few Few
Roasted Ground Nuts few Few
Lemon Juice ½ tsp ½ tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Oil As Required
Salt To Taste
Method of preparation:
Prepare tadka in a microwave oven safe flat bowl as explained in Insta 5 with all the ingredients other
than roti, lime juice and coriander leaves. After beep, remove and add all the ingredients other then
coriander leaves and lime juice, mix well. Place the bowl in the microwave oven, select Insta 8, enter
weight and press start. Remove, pour lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
