Min/Max Configuration & Monitoring

CALCulate:MAXimum

■

CALCulate:MINimum

MIN and MAX channel monitoring records the minimum and maximum variation of channel
amplitude over time. Time zero is set by setting the MIN or MAX STATe to ON. The default Preset and
turn on configuration is ON. After setting to ON, the minimum and maximum value of the measured
value on that channel will be recorded. To reset the MIN and MAX value back to the current value, set
the STATe to ON again. The STAT OFF does not need to be sent during reset of MIN and MAX values.
Individual sensor minimum and maximum power level variations can be monitored only if that sensor is
defined directly to a channel with POW 1 or POW 2. MIN and MAX channel monitoring is only
available in Normal Mode. BURSt and SWIFt modes do not perform MIN and MAX monitoring.

Syntax:

Description:

ON activates the MAX monitoring function. The maximum value of the channel (not sensor) is
monitored until the value is reset by CALC#:MAX:STAT ON or CALC#:MAX:STAT OFF is
sent.

Syntax:

CALCulate<channel 1 to 2>:MAXimum:STATe?

Example:

OUTPUT @PWR_MTR;CALC2:MAX:STAT?

Response:

1 is for ON or 0 for OFF.

Description:

Reports ON or OFF status of MAX monitoring.
