05 Equipment
Information,
Status
Check the equipment information.
・
Device configuration, status, serial
number and manufacture month
should be correct.
・
“NG/ERROR” should not be
displayed for the status on the
maintenance menu.
However, as “OK/NG/ERROR”
judgment is performed on a fixed
condition, “NG/ERROR” may be
displayed during standard usage.
【
Caution
】
CPU board stores information inside
the equipment and setting
information. Therefore, even if the
CPU board is the same, individual
information may differ and proper
function may not be conducted.
Equipment information and
internal status should be correct.
Depending on the model, when
the CPU board is replaced,
equipment information needs to
be correctly transferred from the
old CPU board.
If this information is not set
correctly, not only the equipment
may malfunction, but also the
equipent may be damaged.
The stored information includes:
serial number, manufacture
month, operation time, CPU
board version, MAC address for
communication, communication
setting, language, destination,
detailed specification, optional
setting, installation, calibration
value, correction value,
information specific to equipment
No.
