Replace the distributor board for the milling motors
Notes on replacing the distributor board
Observe the following precautions before replacing the distributor board.
● When replacing an MC/MC X distributor board with the milling
motors, use the revised "milling motor distributor board"
(REF 63 35 850).
Replacing the distributor board

The milling unit is switched off.
1. Remove the rear panel and the side covers.
2. Pull only one connector out and insert it into the same position on the
new board. Repeat for all connectors.
3. Unscrew the screw (A).
4. Press the holding clips (B) together and remove the board.
5. Slide the new distribution board over the guide pins until the holding
clips snap into place.
6. Secure the board with the screw (A).
7. Attach the side covers and the rear panel.
NOTICE
Use service software V4.20 or higher
For new designs of distributor boards, older service software versions
erroneously show red boxes during the test.
➢ Always use service software V4.20 or higher for testing.
