Force sensors / stepping motors: Rigidity

Purpose of Test:

The test is used to the check the static function of the force sensor and 

the axial rigidity of the L-stepping motors (L = linear).

Procedure

The motors can be selected either together or separately.

✔

The calibration phantom is now clamped.

✔

The calibration pins are now ready for use.

✔

The 

"Automatic" 

 option button is selected.

➢ Start the test.
If no motor is selected, the 

"START" 

 button is not active.

NOTICE 

Motors
The motors must be freestanding before you perform this test. Move to 

the home position for this purpose.

NOTICE 

Reinserting the milling instruments
After the test, remove calibration pins and re-insert milling instruments.
