4.5.3.2.4 Checking the installation of the stepping motor
Checking the stepping motor adjustment
➢ In the service software, click on
"Start"
and run at least two test runs.

The motor is tested.

"Stepping motors - test"

4.5.3.2.5 Final work
1. Reattach all covers.
2. Calibrate the unit.

Green Test passed fully
Yellow Test passed
Red Test not yet passed
NOTICE
Red or yellow fields during the test
After the test, all fields must be green. If red or yellow fields are
displayed, repeat the test.
If red or yellow fields are still displayed, perform the following steps:
➢ In the bottom line, next to
"Move to R pos. "
, select the red or yellow
field.
➢ Click on the "Move to R pos. " button.

The motor rotates to the position with the greatest tension.
➢ Open 3 of the 4 fastening screws.
➢ Open the fourth fastening screw only slightly.
➢ Click on the
"selection"
button.
➢ Tighten the fastening screws crosswise.
➢ Click on the
"Stop"
button.

The test is stopped.
➢ Click on the
"Reset"
button.
➢ Check the motor again.
