Installing the controller board
1. Insert the controller board in the rails and fold the two black clips
inwards.
2. Screw the metal cover on tight with the knurled screw.
3. Insert guide pins Z in the cover and push the cover upward until it
snaps into place.
4. Reinsert the drawer.
Settings after replacing the microcontroller module
1. Start the user software (MyCrown Design 4.2 or higher).
2. Click the
"Configuration" button in the system menu.
3. Click on the
"Devices"
button.
4. Click on the picture of the desired device.
5. Note the device name and IP address of the milling unit where you
replaced the microcontroller module.
6. Click on the
"Delete Device"
button.
7. Switch the milling unit on.
8. Go one step back in the menu.
9. Click on the
"Add Device (Manual)" button.
10. Select
"Interface"
on
"Network"
.
11. Enter the following IP address in the "
IP
" field: 192.168.230.10.
12. Click on the
"OK"
button.

A download of the current software to the milling unit then follows.
13. Select the milling unit that was added, enter the device name
(
"Description"
) and the IP address that you noted earlier, and click on
the "Ok" button.
14. Calibrate the unit (see the chapter on "Calibrating the unit" in the
operating instructions).
