Digital input terminal (X) wiring

Dry contact mode:

The factory default is active low, and the wiring is as shown in Figure 4-3.

NPN mode:

The external controller is the connection mode of the common emitter output of the NPN

type, as shown in Figure 4-3.

Analog input terminal (AI) wiring

When AI1 is a voltage input, the input voltage range is 0 - 10V, as shown in Figure 4-4.
When AI1 is used as the input terminal of the motor overheat detection signal, the wiring is as shown
in Figure 4-4. The thermistor embedded in the stator coil of the motor is connected to AI1.

Note:

In order to reduce the interference and attenuation of the control signal, the length of the control cable
should be limited to 50m, and the shielding layer is reliably grounded.
In the case of serious interference, the analog input signal needs to add filter capacitor or ferrite magnetic
ring, as shown in Figure 4-4.

Digital output terminal (DO) wiring

DO is the open collector output, as shown in Figure 4-5.
