Protocols list all required information, such as date and time, the affected locking
component, medium and person as well as the event. The "Details" column lists addi-
tional information on this particular event.

The "Source" column shows whether the protocol entry was generated by a medium
or a locking component.

Reload the screen from time to time to always have the most recent events
available in the protocol. For this purpose, you have the

Reload

function.

Use protocol settings to restrict the logging of personal data according to
data protection legislation. Open the

Further settings to define the personal protocol settings for recently added
locking components throughout the system or per locking component in the
locking component details.

Regularly update locking components to ensure all protocol data has been
transferred from locking components to the online administration. The rec-
ommended update intervals depend on the frequency the locking compo-
nents are used. Observe the

Values and limits of AirKey

components.

Events where access is denied are saved only if the medium is authorised
for the locking component, but it was not valid at the time of the access
event (e.g. authorisation expired or exclusively authorised within a certain
