System
A selection of menus on the second menu level can be used to make parameter settings for the cabinet
(for example, behavior of dimmers in the event of failure of control signals, network settings). The initial
menu is the
M07
System which can be found in the topmost level. The letter
S
as part of the menu
numbering (
S01
,
S02
, ...) identifies that this is a system parameter menu.
Open

S01, Network protocol
FDX2000 can be controlled by the network protocols AVAB/UDP,
AVAP/IPX and sACN

Factory setting: AVAB/UDP
Menu M01 defines universe numbers for receiving DMX data. Four input ports are available.
In case more than 4 sources are recognized, the net LED is blinking in orange.
If a console sends DMX data via AVAB/UDP and sACN, two ports are assigned and only two
are remaining.
sACN can use up to 64279 universe numbers. Only numbers up to 32 are accepted.
Both versions of the sACN protocol are accepted, draft 0.2 and ANSI 1.13-2009
S02, Logical network.
Assignment of the logical network. For example, to network several
venues or studios

You can split in several logical networks only by using the AVAB/UDP protocol
S03, IP netmask
The IP netmask can be used to set up more than 255 addresses per
network.
Factory setting:

IP netmask S03

[EDIT]
takes you to the first numerical value. Select other numerical values by repeatedly
pressing the
[EDIT]
button.
